What is the front-door audit?
The scoping step before every quote. We pull your website, Google listing and phone from public data and write one page: what leaks, what works, what we would fix first. It is free, it needs no call, and you keep it whether or not you buy anything.
I already have a website. Do I need this?
Maybe not. The audit says whether your site is salvageable. If it is, the Front Door Fix at $1,500 wires in click-to-call, a real quote form, your Google listing and tracking. If it is not, we rebuild. If you need neither, the audit says that too.
Do I own the site, the domain and the Google listing?
Yes. You own your domain, your Google Business Profile, your content and your customer data at all times, including after you cancel. On exit we hand over the files and every login within 14 days. That is section 5 of the client agreement.
How long until it is live?
We set the date at kickoff, once we have your content and your logins. We do not promise a timeline on a web page for work we have not scoped yet.
What happens if I cancel or stop paying?
Monthly service is month to month with 30 days written notice. If a payment fails and stays unpaid for 14 days, managed services pause: ads pause, the phone reverts to your own number, listing management stops. Your website stays up for at least 60 days. Pay the open balance and everything resumes.
Is the phone an AI?

Do you work outside Tulsa?
Yes. Everything we deliver, the site, the listing, the phone and the job system, is built and run remotely. Tulsa is home and where our first clients are.
